She's looking up at something. It would be an overly easy caption, I think, for that something to be a guy she's now attracted to and/or a person who was responsible for changing her. So instead, make up something really bizarre or hilariously weird for her to be looking up at.
(It can be what changed her if you need it to be, as long as it's still something ludicrous or strange enough to stare up at.)
That's weird, what's that on my ceiling? It looks like a giant window... what's going on here? First I turn into a girl, then my whole room and all my clothes turn into girls' things, and now even my ceiling is doing the weirdest things... what next?

Darn, they can't hear me... though it looks like they're typing something. Actually, I can make out the words... "Whatcha Lookin' At?" Huh? "Captionable image?" What image? What's are they... wait, he just finished, and now the window's gone blank!
Oh, wait, there's a new guy looking in on me... and he's typing something too... what... "that's weird, what's that on my ceiling" HEY! That's what I just said! What the - "Hey, you up there! Why did I turn into a girl? What the hell is going on? Answer me! Please!" Oh no, he's about to close the window... don't!
