Your challenge here is with a picture of a group.
The challenge is to pick a specific person in the picture, and write a TG caption about that person. It obviously must include the others in some way, but your caption should make it evident that the one you've chosen is the main character (it should also be clear which of the people in the picture is supposed to be your main character). It's entirely possible that these people were changed by different means, at different times, and ended up here for different reasons, so perhaps this could even form something like a cooperative caption? (Don't let that stop you from using a character you've seen used before here, though.)
There may be more group challenges in the future.
Here I post some of the many images I have, and others, in the comments, write potential TG captions for the image. In many cases the image will come with a "challenge", certain conditions which are meant to inspire the captioners, but are entirely optional whether you want to follow them or not. Disclaimer: I claim no ownership of images used.

Punishment
I tend to dislike captions where the change is supposed to be a punishment for something, and the reason for this is very simple: Often the punishment is way too harsh for the "crime". Like, 'you're a bit of a jerk and you broke up with me so I'm gonna make you a weak little girl now'. Or, 'you trespassed my ancient house that looked totally deserted, so you get to be my servant forever'. Things like that. So, this challenge is for you to make a believably just punishment caption with the following image of a dog/wolf girl with a collar and leash:
Generally there are two ways to make a punishment seem more fitting: Either the punishment is less bad than the image initially suggests, or the 'crime' that resulted in the punishment is indeed, really bad.

Simple Challenge 2
Another simple challenge--no special conditions. I suppose you could say the picture itself is the challenge of a simple challenge.
P.S.: I should probably let everyone know I have comments to this blog set to "Always Moderate", which means I have to look at the comment and approve it between it being submitted and it being posted. This is just a preventative measure in case some spam gets through, and you can generally expect me to check this place every day or two unless I'm away on a trip or something. The point of this is, if your comment doesn't appear right away, don't panic and try to post it three more times. I promise it's there.

Kitsune Embarrassment
Okay, time for the first actual challenge. The following picture is of an embarrassed fox-girl.
For the challenge, suppose that she was male previously, and that she is not embarrassed about having become female (embarrassment about wearing female clothing, being attracted to males, etc. also falls under this); reveal some other reason for the blush in your caption.
(As mentioned before, challenges are optional. Please say so if you've chosen not to go with the challenge. All previous challenges are still open to captioning, so don't stop making ones for the prior image if you were going to)

Simple Challenge 1
This is just a simple, generic challenge. No special conditions at all, just make a TG caption for the following image:
(As implied by the number, there will probably be more simple challenges in the future.)
